The client: Mesa West Pet Hospital (MWPH)

MWPH provides pet owners in Costa Mesa and the surrounding neighborhoods with quality veterinary services at very affordable prices.

The challenge: Getting noticed by pet owners.

As of November, 2009, the hospital had no Internet presence nor much visibility to traffic on the street. Despite their location in a heavily populated neighborhood and next door to a very successful restaurant (the original Wahoo's), they were having trouble getting noticed.

The solution: With this project we looked for both online and offline opportunities to raise the hospital's profile.

Online, we developed a new website and social network presence, created custom photography, wrote site copy, developed email broadcasting capability, and engineered solid search engine optimization fundamentals into everything we did.

For the bricks and mortar side, we recommended replacing faded rooftop signs, painting pet oriented murals facing Wahoo's restaurant and busy 19th Street, clearing back plant growth from around the entrance and signage, and distributing doorknob ads in the surrounding neighborhoods.
